- Damaged on arrival
Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are typically covered under their protection plan. To file a claim visit the carriers file a claim website. Contact support@twohorn.com for assistance.
- Faulty manufacturing or broken after use
Quality issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for quality assurance and warranty information.
- You changed your mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of receiving it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Wrong product
Email returns@twohorn.com with your details of the wrong item and we will send you a shipping label to return it. We will send you the correct item as soon as the original item is returned.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
