- Processing time begins once your payment is authorized and does not include shipping/transit time.
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable) may take longer—up to 5-7 business days. We'll notify you via email if there's a delay.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx, depending on order size, weight, destination, and availability. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier/service.

- Cost: Starts at $5.99 (varies by order; calculated at checkout). Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes/discounts).

- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after processing.
- Cost: Starts at $12.99 (varies; calculated at checkout).
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $75 to addresses within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories unless specified).
All estimates are approximate and not guaranteed—delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, high volume periods, or incorrect addresses.
4. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
- Available with additional charges (calculated at checkout).
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days for standard; longer for expedited.
- No free shipping threshold applies to these locations.
5. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations (calculated at checkout).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country—these are not included in our shipping rates and are payable upon delivery.
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days (varies by country and customs processing).
- International orders may take longer to process due to export compliance.
- Not all products are eligible for international shipping—restrictions will be noted at checkout if applicable.
6. Shipping Restrictions and Prohibited Items
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items—please provide a physical street address.
- Hazardous materials, restricted items per carrier rules, or products prohibited by law cannot be shipped.
- If an order cannot be shipped due to restrictions, we'll contact you to resolve or issue a refund.
7. Order Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Track your package directly on the carrier's website (e.g., usps.com, ups.com).
- For help with tracking or lost packages, contact us at support@twohorn.com within 30 days of shipment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days—we'll assist with carrier claims.
- For damaged items, refer to our Refund Policy (linked). We recommend inspecting packages upon arrival.
9. Changes to Orders and Shipping Address
- Once an order ships, we cannot modify the shipping address.
