Trinity is a work in progress for bringing Canon, Nikon, and Sony log footage into consistent Rec.709 renderings. Choose your camera profile, choose the target look, and load one standalone LUT.

The current preview includes 18 one-step .cube files in 65-point and 33-point versions.

The current Canon, Nikon and Sony Rec.709 looks are Two Horn look stages built with Canon Wide DR, Nikon Technical and Sony s709 as references. The ARRI option is the ARRI Classic 709 rendering used in our Peace on Earth work. Files are named by direction, for example Trinity_Canon_to_Sony_Rec709_65.cube.

Trinity is actively in development. This preview establishes the one-step workflow and gives us a working foundation for later camera-reference testing and refinement.

Good to know

Can I load one LUT directly into my monitor or camera?

Yes. Every LUT in this preview is a standalone one-step file.

Which input should I choose?

Choose the exact recorded profile and gamut: Canon Log 3 / Cinema Gamut, Nikon N-Log / BT.2020, or Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine.

Which grid size should I use?

Use 65-point for post-production when supported. Use 33-point where the monitor or camera requires it.

What is the ARRI option?

It is the shared ARRI Classic 709 destination in the Trinity series.

Is Trinity finished?

No. It is a Two Horn development in progress. This preview is the current working release.
